Reliability

therefore

arrive
at your
home ready to work
at the scheduled
time.
As you can
imagine, many
things can
affect our
schedule, such
as
cancellations,
lockouts etc.
If we happen to
be running late
to your
appointment you
will be
contacted as
soon as possible
and provided
with a new
expected time of
arrival.
Should we ever
arrive later
then 30 minutes
beyond the
expected window
time we will
credit your
account up to
$10 for any
future visit!
